Princeton Area Community Foundation01/01/2008 Princeton Area Community Foundation's website The Princeton Area Community Foundation (PACF) exists to encourage charitable giving and make philanthropy a shared community value across central New Jersey. PACF accomplishes this by managing more than 200 charitable funds created by members of the community, each with its own grantmaking focus. The Community Foundation also brings people together to create partnerships that solve community problems, or take advantage of opportunities, using philanthropy as a tool. PACF's primary service area includes Princeton, Trenton, Hamilton and all other Mercer County municipalities, and the surrounding communities in Hunterdon, Somerset, Middlesex, Monmouth and Burlington Counties. Created in 1991, the Community Foundation has grown quickly. It now manages 210 charitable funds, including 20 agency endowments.
