Educator’s Institute

In today’s competitive workplace environment it is more important than ever for individuals joining the workforce to be well-trained, well informed and educated. Thus, this important institute program has been developed for secondary level educators who are teaching the workforce of tomorrow. The Foundation works diligently throughout the year to create programs and to encourage business/education partnerships that achieve this goal.

The Educator Institute provides a better understanding of the skills students need to meet demands in the workplace, offers a forum for dialogue between educators and the business community, and exposes educators to the real-world challenges in business. Site visits include in-depth discussions with employees involved in all aspects of the host site’s operations, presentations on hiring, promotion and training and tours of the facilities.
